Ready, Set, Talk! (RST) is a Winnipeg home-based private practice serving preschool children (ages 0-6), serving Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
Randeep Sidhu-Saini is a speech-language pathologist with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Dakota (2005). She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Winnipeg (2002). She is a fully registered member of the Manitoba Speech and Hearing Association.
Randeep's work experience includes Toronto Preschool Speech and Language Services (3 years) as well British Columbia Interior Health (1 year). She is currently working for the Interlake Regional Health Authority in Selkirk, MB. She has experience working with diverse cultures and languages.
Randeep has worked with a variety of developmental and communication delays and disorders including down's syndrome, fetal alcohol syndrome, autism, and childhood apraxia. Over the course of her clinical practice, Randeep has attended and been certified in the following specialized trainings:

Randeep has served on Best Practice Committees for Toronto Preschool Speech and Language Services, as well as presenting a research poster at the 2005 CASLPA Conference. She has collaborated with not only parents but various healthcare professionals including Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Interventionists, Early Childhood Educators, Speech Language Assistants, and Community Support workers from various programs.
